Although I have been going to Charlotte for manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials for about 16yrs. I was excited but still a little nervous to undergo Eyebrow Microblading ………..She was absolutely amazing as always ! I cannot recommend her enough. The room was even more spotlessly cleaner than normal plastic cling film over EVERYTHING it looked like a private doctor’s surgery (with the exception of very well chosen music on in the background) and then I relaxed. The whole experience was lovely and my eye brows have never looked this good for many years. Thank you Charlotte xx

I had a lash lift and tint and a brow wax and tint and I am so pleased with the results. Kia is knowledgeable and friendly, her bed is super comfy, the room is clean and she made me feel totally at ease. My lashes are perfect and my brows are just how I like them! I saw Kirsty today who has done amazing work on refreshing my eyelash extensions. For the first time, Kirsty has also enhanced my eyebrows by tinting and shaping them. I am so pleased with the lovely result. I have just had knee replacement surgery and it has really cheered me up having these wonderful treatments. Jill Wooler
