Shannon was absolutely amazing as always. Cut all the red hair off my ends and despite it being awkward, she did amazing! My hair was very awkward lengths after messing around with it and without judgement or hesitation she fixed it and made my hair look healthier!! She also did my eyebrows which were also fantastic! Couldn’t recommend Shannon enough! Even with my anxiety she’s always patient and caring and it makes the whole experience feel less overwhelming ❤️thank you Shannon

Had my nails done by Laura, toes by ella, hair by millie, eyebrows and make up by lauren all for my wedding party and i was so happy with everything, all the staff at chula are amazing, always so welcoming and have such a good sense of humour, me and my mom was even served a glass of prosecco by ella 💕 will never go anywhere different xxx

I only recently started having my lashes done again with marcelle but she's been doing my eyebrows for many years now,she is so professional in her work and is amazing at what she does,I love love my lashes and couldn't imagine not having then now! I recently went on holiday and I couldn't believe how well they lasted...the best lash tech around! X

Amazing experience. The body scrub and massage put me in an amazing mood. I went for the pamper package plus eyebrow and face wax. My eyebrows have never looked better. I felt heard and understood and didn't feel embarrassed about speaking up. I will be back as a regular customer for sure <3
