Wow, what can I say. I have had the most relaxing and fantastic morning. Having a tailored facial with shoulder and arm massage followed eyelashes and eyebrows. Nicola was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I melted into the bed during the treatment, feeling incredibly relaxed. Her knowledgeable on products, services she provides and skin is second to none. You feel you can relax and trust her fully. When Nicola had finished working her magic my skin, eyelashes and brows looked fantastic! I cannot recommend her enough. Will definitely be going back soon!

This was my first appointment at Phoenix nails and Beauty- what a lovely experience in a very calm and relaxed environment- I am very happy with my treatments ( Eyebrow and Lash tint ) Nicola is very welcoming and explained everything about the products and process- I would definitely recommend !

Danielle is amazing as always! So, warm and welcoming, she instantly makes you feel at ease. Really happy with my waxing, brows and eyelashes. And I can actually move my shoulder properly again after a 'just-the-right-amount-of-pressure' sports massage. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anybody and everybody. Leah does a wonderful job on my lashes and she is so welcoming and easy to talk to. I felt so comfortable, as an autistic person who struggles with the usual small talk that can happen, leah made me feel at ease. To top it off my lashes are beautiful 😍
