I cannot recommend Remedi Medispa in Maidstone highly enough! I’ve just had my 2nd HydraFacial with Amy, and once again, the results are absolutely amazing. Amy is so skilled, professional, and friendly—she makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and my skin has never looked better. I also want to give a big shout out to Michelle, the Clinic Coordinator. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I have been using Poppy for many years. I left once for about 3 months but returned because she is so professional and does a fantastic finish on eyebrows, and nails. Always walk away feeling marvellous.

Always a first class experience. I've had various treatments here from eyebrow waxing to advance skin treatments and am always supper happy with the results. Amy really listened to my concerns and has such knowledge, qualification and experience to know exactly what treatment to not only recommend but also able to do. I also love the calm and friendly environment and can't believe treatments I only thought were available in London are right here on my doorstep.

Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!
