Brow shape and tint - originally I booked in for lamination too but at my patch test appointment, Eliza noted a few things from my form. As I am breastfeeding, Eliza looked into the current advice for beauty professionals regarding lamination, and I did my own research. I decided not to go ahead with the lamination, but Eliza was happy to change my appointment to just a shape and tint, ensuring I was happy and my treatment was safe for me and my baby. Eliza is lovely and made sure I liked my brows at each step of the appointment. Her treatment space is clean, welcoming and relaxing.

Fabulous Clair makes you feel so welcoming and she is so friendly. Does my eyebrows tint and wax amazing first class Her back massages are so relaxing you could just fall asleep Would recommend Clair’s if you want peace and tranquility from a friendly atmosphere then I would recommend this place

Sarah done my brows for me and was first time getting HD as before I would get tint and wax, however wanted to try HD. Wow what a difference already, Sarah explained how my shape would develop and how it would be achieved. Top service!

Susan knows her stuff!👌 She is an expert in her field, and her business in Bathgate has won awards. If you need your treatment personalised, just ask😊 Whether you want the temperature of the room or the bed changed, if you want her to focus more on your neck, if you don't want dye on if you are having a lash lift. Whatever your request, Susan will do her best to fulfill your requests. I would recommend you give Susan a try for any beauty treatment you want to book, as she is a fantastic beautician!👌😀

Gurveen was absolutely incredible. I never get my eyebrows done and she took the time to talk me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. And my brows look great! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Brow lift and tint - now a regular for this. As a glasses wearer with longer lashes, having them curled up has been fab - they don’t bat my specs anymore! This treatment lasted a full 2 months, stayed curled and looking great - thanks Clare!

First time I'd been to a proper beauty parlour to have my Eyebrows waxed and it was wonderful. Very welcoming. The lady who did my brows did the best I've ever had them done. No going back to the eyebrow people in the Mall for me, its Jennys all the way! Loved the relaxing music too, thanks ladies X

Albi was fab! I arrived early but she welcomed me and was so hospitable. I then got a perfect haircut and a complimentary eyebrow tint so that I could try it out. She was lovely to chat with and gave a great service. I’ll be back!

Painless SPM eyebrow top up session. Dee ensured adequate time for analgesic cream to take effect, polite, professional and informative in answering my questions to support me to make choices of shape and colour. Lovely and clean treatment space as always, appropriate covid-19 precautions being followed with no impact on treatment delivery and quality.

Lamination brows and eyelash perm/tint - excellent service as usual from Claire. First time having this done, and was actually really relaxing! Will be switching to this from my usual tint and thread. Great effect if you’ve got sparse brows like me - highly recommend
