couldn’t be happier with my brow lamination and tint…honestly the best they’ve ever looked! The attention to detail, care, and precision were incredible from start to finish. Paula is so talented, super friendly and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. it really shows in the results. My brows are perfectly shaped, fuller, and still look so natural. Such a relaxing experience too. I felt completely looked after the whole time. If you’re thinking about getting your brows done, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Paula! I’m so happy I’ve booked in for the next few mths

My favourite beautician ever! Honestly the best. Looking for the best BIAB nails? Shanine can give you them. Brows needing freshening up? Shanine will make them look the best they ever have. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a lovelier lady. I’ve been going to Shanine for just over 3 years and would never go to anyone else now.

Absolutely loved my dermaplaning treatment! The home salon is stunning, I was made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience was so relaxing. My skin feels incredibly soft and the results are amazing. I’ll definitely be back!x

Shanines work is incredible! She definitely doesn’t get the recognition she deserves. She’s made me fall inlove with getting my treatments done and feeling good about myself! she’s the kindest soul, works so hard. I have been going to shanine for some years now and even had her to do my wedding nails, brows, make up and lashes for me and my bridal party and she made me feel the best I’ve ever felt!! She’s attentive, kind, warm, talented and all round beautiful person. I have found a friend for life. You’ll never be disappointed here 😊

5* service from Paula for my brows tint & lamination, a very warm welcome as always, calm & relaxing home , as a "newbie" to getting my brows done paula did a fantastic job, she explained exactly what she was doing and gave me options, perfect colour match, exellent attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect Im so happy with the results, would 100% recommended Paula's salon. Always have the best treatment and service at Elite Retreat. Hair, nails, anything, always fantastic. Kerris is my hairdresser. Helped me go from dark to blonde over a period of a few months and i loved my haor at each stage. I regularly get my hair washed and blow dried and love it. Lilly does perfect nails. Michelle always does my brows and lashes. Been going for 3 years. Very happy every time I leave.
