First time and definitely not my last. Jade is so lovely and friendly, talking through what you would like and giving advice. I'm loving my lash curl and eyebrows. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely staff, chatty and friendly, have already booked further treatment for December. Pleased with treatments, lady who did my eyebrows was very gentle, having had a bad experience with leg waxing before and was left with burns, was dubious about leg wax, but Jade was very thorough, and knowledgable explaining why burns happened last time. Deffo recommend.

My second time at Cozy Retreat and another wonderful experience. My previous builder gel and Polish lasted over 4 weeks and would have lasted longer. Not a chip in sight. This time I've had them freshened up and my first ever matching pedicure. Nicole is calming, professional and can answer any question I ask (there are normally many!). Best eyelash lift I have ever received from this treatment and I have been having it done for many years. The time taken to perfect my eyebrows was appreciated, I also had an amazing dermaplane facial and hot stone massage whilst there, because, why not 😂😂
