I have been coming to Ava for a few years now. Every treatment is amazing and she is incredible. I recently tried laser hair removal. WOW! Blew my mind and that was just after one session. I regularly go for my eyebrows and she always does an amazing job! Not only is she outstanding at her job, she is all one of the kindest and most fun people I know! If I could live in her salon, I would! Ha ha! Thank you Ava. ❤️❤️

I have been going to Mel for my nails for several years and love it! I even have my favourite new colour after years of being an Oxblood girl! Very relaxed environment and I would highly recommend. I have had my eyebrows waxed in the past and that was a great experience too.

I love my brows. The time Amy took to explain everything and pointing out that I could actually grow a thicker left brow was just above and beyond. Absolutely amazing service. Amy is so knowledgeable and professional And the salon is beautiful and so relaxing.

Fabulous service as always. The staff are really friendly and always check that you're happy with nail shape, length, colour and design as they go along. I'm so happy with my biab manicure and cute flower design.

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations. Ava really listens, cares and uses her professional expertise to give the best personalised experience and recognises this is your time to relax. The products were wonderful, the treatment amazing and I came away refreshed and relaxed. This will be a regular feature for me going forwards - such a valuable investment of my time. Always such a lovely experience at the studio, with such a calming vibe & friendly faces, i go and instantly feel relaxed aswell as leaving with the most perfect nails by AJ (with a sneak peak at Amy’s work who is truly a natural at what she does). Both AJ&Amy strive to create a friendly environment whilst doing all they can to make clients feel comfortable & accommodated whilst giving us the most beautiful nails from all out nailart to classy natural nails. Kate has done all my beauty treatments for over 6 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always knows what I want by the end of my appointment I feel so much better and happier. My nails are always perfect, along with my eyebrows and all my other treatments. We have a laugh and a good chat. Kate is very professional and her salon is beautiful 100% highly recommend Kate.
