If i can give 10 stars I will, Sophie is absolutely amazing and talented when it comes to lash install and eyebrows 😍. I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Do not hesitate she's the best in Folkestone 💖

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. Thanks for giving me a lift and see you soon.

Today I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and eyelashes done, and it turned out perfect! I truly loved it; it enhanced my eyes and boosted my self-esteem. The atmosphere is cozy, and she always does a great job with attention to detail.

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

Excellent eyebrow wax and tint. My first time so didn’t have a clue what to expect. Outcome was natural and really impressed with the results. Stacey explained the whole procedure. I’m really fussy and was chuffed with the results. That impressed I’ve already rebooked. Highly recommend.

Claire is the eyebrow queen! Makes me feel very comfortable and knows what to advise. Very happy with my new eyebrows. Having my haircut with Nikita is brilliant. She is so lovely and friendly and very skilled. The whole atmosphere in the salon is warm and relaxed. I left yesterday feeling happy and transformed and as if I had some proper 'me' time! Relieved to have found Lisa after a reluctant move from my hairdresser of 4 years following a relocation. Lisa is attentive, patient and really listened. Fantastic colour rectification and lovely cut.
