Had a great experience today having my lashes and eyebrows done by Ciara. She is such a lovely friendly young lady who is very skilled in her work. She managed to fit me in for eyebrow wax and tint when the other beautician was off sick. I would highly recommend Ciara

Poppy is always so friendly and accommodating, so much knowledge and always listens to what you want. The only woman I've found to actually nail my hair extensions and does such a good job with my brows too!

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly skilled, pays great attention to detail, and always makes sure my brows are shaped perfectly. She’s also friendly, professional, and makes every appointment a lovely experience. My Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment was nothing short of transformative. What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. The Little Retreat truly lives up to its promises—a beautiful space where your wellbeing becomes the priority. I'll book my next appointment very soon. An absolute gem!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

A tranquil escape in the heart of Epsom. I had the Utter Relaxation package as a treat for myself and it was the perfect way to switch off. Nestled away the cabin is so zen, Lisa has decorated it beautifully. Lisa is so accommodating and I felt really comfortable and at ease, I think I may have even nodded off for a moment during the facial. The massage and facial left me feeling incredibly relaxed - mission accomplished! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full pamper session.
