Nicci is great at what she does, sets a lovely atmosphere, very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Never been disappointed with a treatment. Go regularly for eye package lash lift and tint, brow wax and tint. often fall asleep I feel so relaxed.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Evan is amazing, I am so happy with my results already! I put this treatment off for years due to anxieties and I wish I hadn’t- the process was seamless, she spent so much time mapping out my brows before even starting so I felt confident that I was in good hands. I honestly couldn’t recommend samantha enough! She always does an amazing job, and I leave every appointment absolutely loving my lashes and brows, always spot on what I wanted. She’s so friendly and chatty, which makes every visit so enjoyable, and she always makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed making me look forward to my next. You can really tell how much she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Came to salon on recommendation from my hairdresser. I had my brows done for the first time in years, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was both relaxing/warm and welcoming, and everything felt very professional from start to finish. I also had an Lash lift with tint, I already have decent lashes, but I was curious to see if it would enhance them further. It definitely did! My lashes look amazing, and I no longer feel that I will need to wear mascara. I left feeling great and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Thanks so much.

Perfect colour and shape, very happy with my eyebrows. I use to get my eyebrows done regularly until my brow girl moved to Manchester and since then I've been trying a few different places and have never been satisfied until today.
