First time and that's it for me, Ian is so welcoming so friendly puts you at ease straight away and makes you feel you've known him for years, nothing is a problem even a few minutes late, salon is beutiful relaxing and stylish with professional feel, beutiful, my nails shape length gel polish is perfect can't fault anything, my eyebrows have always been uncontrollable but wow tint and wax perfect and colour finally matches my dark hair and make my blue eyes pop more, really can't recommend Ian enough, perfectionist and such a lovely kind warm man who knows his stuff! 10* from me, xxxx

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. My first visit to Pineapple Beauty, definitely not my last! From the moment I first met Ian on Thursday for a quick dye test pre lash and brow tint (very reassuring) I found him warm, professional, efficient and friendly: quite a difficult combination to get exactly right ✔️ Ian's bijou little salon is very clean and fresh with just the right amount of bling and glitter. Prices are very reasonable, treatments are second to none! 🩵 I loved the calming background music too; couldn't tell you what it was but thankfully it wasn't Pan's Pipes or whale music 😂 Thank you for a lovely afternoon Ian

Took the time to discuss what I wanted. Made me feel welcome, relaxed and listen to. Explained everything I needed to know and more about my brows. Would certainly recommend booking a treatment.

I’ve been a client of Becky’s for probably 5 years now, and have had my eyebrows tattooed for the last 2 years. Highly recommend her. Professional, clinical environment with high standards of infection control. I absolutely love my new brows which were so ready to be done but was delayed with covid. Very comfortable procedure and she is so thorough, always checking you are happy with the results during treatment and after. Thank you again. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brow treatments.

Ian was nice, very welcoming, chatty and friendly. Helped me find him as it was dark and I’d never been before. The apt. Flew by and my nails are looking lovely. Not used to such a neutral colour but I did pick it myself and it’s still nice, although looking forward to going back and trying some more exciting ones 😊 Also tidied my eyebrows and was great to be able to treat myself on a Thursday evening, keeping my weekend free 😊 Thanks Ian, see you next time 💅🏻
