First time visiting today, I had a brow wax & tint. I felt very welcomed, at ease, as sometimes going somewhere new can be a little daunting! Friendly but very professional service. Will definitely visit again.

I travel from Colchester to Chelmsford because I trust Ayesha and she always does a great job. Went for a much needed facial, back massage and pedicure today and it was sooo relaxing. Ayesha is not only lovely to chat to but so professional when it comes to ensuring everything is clean and covid secure to keep her clients safe. The treatments are so good value for money and she uses only high quality products that she would use for herself. Can't wait to book my next appointment. Thank you x

This was my first visit . I was made to feel welcome and most importantly in my case ,so very relaxed . Very happy with both my treatments eyelash tint and facial waxing . I have had waxing done for many years....Lisa was by far the most gentle . The wax she used didn't require pulling it with strips ,I've never had this used before . Would highly recommend, lovely smooth results and nearly dozed off to sleep!! Looking forward to re booking with Lisa.

I always get a really wonderful facial and my eyelashes and eyebrows done by lovely Kate It is a very pleasant time.

Lisa is just fabulous all the time. Over the past 2 years she has made me feel so beautiful. I cannot wait for our next appointment! (I am even travelling 2.5 hours to just get my brows done by her!) ❤️
