I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! The standard that Victoria has set with her business is exceptional. Thank you Ella and Posh Beauty team for amazing customer service and fabulous nails!

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I had a brow tint and wax and absolutely love the results. I went a little tweezer-happy during lockdown and Caitlyn advised me to grow them out for a few weeks before coming for a treatment. I’m so glad I took her advice. It was 100% worth it and my brows look better than they have in a long time.

I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve only very recently moved to Cardiff so was so pleased to find a nail technician who replied to my messages while I was still living out of the area. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. My nails look great, Jessica is a pleasure to be with and so accommodating. I’m an extra sensitive ginger that has been to MANY lash and brow techs over the years. I have never had someone as amazing as Eve!!! I had the lash lift & brow tint & tidy package, came out looking like a new woman, felt absolutely nothing while she did it (usually stings a lot to just get my lashes tinted), had a lovely chat throughout and can’t wait to go back! 5 weeks later and my lashes and brows still look great, I hardly ever wear makeup now. So, 7 weeks ago I went to Nai for powder brows and ......they look amazing 👏 there is a process to follow, so today 7 weeks later I went back for a top up where Naomi tweeked them and again I love them. They will take a few weeks for the desired look to arrive, but I'm so happy already. On top of that Naomi is an absolute darling, the loveliest lady you would care to meet, she is professional, competent, meticulous, super efficient, friendly and puts you at ease, her salon is fabulous, funky and retro I love it! On the whole I've had the best experience, and I look fab. Thank you Naomi 💝
