Kirsty is excellent at eyebrow threading and shaped my brows perfectly—nice and sharp, just how I wanted them. The only feedback I have is regarding a slight delay, as I was taken in about 10 minutes late. That said, I understand this could have been due to the busy Christmas season.

Lauren's facials are simply THE BEST you could ever try. I've been a client for more than 2 years and even if I moved far from cambridge...I keep coming back! Lauren and her amazing treatments are completely worth it :)

A Lovely colour, I’m really pleased with it as I’m not too keen on some of the outcome on the wella bleach but Sarah explained what she was going to use in the ordict range and reassured me. Thanks Sarah I love it

Amazing experience of lash extensions with Lauren. It was my first set and she made the process so clear and explained everything. I was so relaxed! The lashes turned out super nice and I'm excited to try a different look at my infill. Eyebrow shape was great too! I think the price is really good value for 2h of Lauren's time and meticulous work.
