A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

Absolutely amazing service, there is no one else I could ever go to, the staff are friendly and welcoming and everything is carried out with a lot of care and precision.
