It is a real pleasure to visit the Retreat as it is in such a lovely spot! I had my eyebrows tinted and shaped by Donna who is delightful 😊 she is always warm and welcoming. It only took minutes to do the procedure and I am very pleased with the result.

It was a gift for my mum and she loved it, in particular the glow and relax, which she raved about, thanks Dee :) The only criticism she had was the pedicure was a little uncomfortable as there wasn't a proper pedicure chair with sink. But will definitely book a massage again

Bels was welcoming from the moment I arrived, attentive and genuinely invested in understanding exactly what I wanted. Her diligence and care were exceptional, and the results speak for themselves—my eyebrows are flawless! I left feeling pampered and uplifted. I’ll definitely be back.
