I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

I had a great brow shaping and tinting with Laken! The results were even better than I imagined. However my skin has bad reaction to wax every time :( Wish I could come here more often

Grace has been microblading my brows for 3 years now. She is talented and lovely and as a picky girl with alopecia I really appreciate her focus on hygiene, communication and precision. She is skilled and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Grace

a great cut keeping my length despite and somehow still taming my spilt ends. The colour is everything I asked for and more. Plus advice to keep my colour going longer with less time in the chair :) Can't wait for my next appointment

After so many changes which were services being degraded and prices staying the same, to a Spa in a hotel in West Kelowna,.. I decide to change my pedicures to Namaste. Where I do my facials. WoW!!! If you. Value cleanliness, sterilized instruments and great personalized care in a private room, with a sterile as it should be stainless steel bowl- Well I promise you this is the place to go! Grace is excellent , as are all the staff ! All carefully selected and properly trained. Support this spa. They do it by the books! Thankyou Namaste

She is amazing at what she does. So far I have gotten a brow wax, brow tint and lash tint and it has been excellent. I’m going to do threading on my brows next as I use retinol and threading may be a better fit for me. I love that she took the time to suggest that to find something that would work for me! I cannot recommend Waxthetics enough! My daughter will be heading in shortly for a manicure too!

Very clean, organized, I receive quick prompt service from very friendly staff. It was my first time threading my eyebrow's or even going to a have anything done. I will defiantly be going back for my eyebrows and other services.

This Day and Medical Spa is conveniently located in Kelowna , in one of the Landmark buildings. This amazing location and Spa provides great customer , knowledgeable staff, free parking. .An ideal Location for services before , during or after the workday. Products are top of the line. Always my first stop in Kelowna. I like that I can go see her with a specific request and she will be honest about how my hair would do, or if I feel indecisive I can give her creative freedom and I always leave feeling confident. On top of being an amazing hair stylist, Kris is also just an fantastic human!
