This was my first visit, and I’m usually very careful about where I go for my skin. But from the start, I felt comfortable and reassured. Joanna took the time to go through my intake form and asked detailed questions about my routine, lifestyle, diet, and products before starting anything. The consultation felt very professional. i have felt this relaxed before .

I had such a wonderful facial experience! Joanna was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was throughout the entire appointment. The facial itself was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward. This was my first visit to this spa and I had such a great experience. It was my first time getting sugaring done also and I will never go back to hard wax. It was very fast but gentle and almost painless. If you need any waxing done I highly recommend smooth and sweet. She is also such a wonderful person and made the whole experience very relaxing. Every time I go in for a treatment, I feel the warmth and welcome that flows from Joanna. The spa is clean, fresh and serene, allowing me to relax my mind and body while Joanna does her thing. Joanna was fabulous. I had a 90 min deep Hydration facial treatment using a 130.00 gift card from huband. So worth it. I have dry sensitivity skin. All products are natural with no irritation. Joanna is very knowledgeable I had a great consultation how to care for my face & received samples of cleansers & moisturizer. Great all natural products no chemicals. My skin has never looked & felt so good. Products are very reasonably priced, less than the stuff I use from Shoppers drugs mart. I will be back again & highly recommended Joanna. She is very professional, clean & friendly. Thankyou
