She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. Nerves were settled as soon as I walked in the door, with a refreshing and profession manner and the realistic delivery to the nano brow technique, for age and personal likes, was appreciated. Allana was exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted for my eyebrows and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the process. She carefully refined the shape and colour, making sure I was completely happy before beginning the tattooing. I recently had my hair washed and blow-dried, and this was my third visit to the salon for this service. Each time has been consistently fantastic. I love booking in every three weeks — or before special events — because it helps me feel refreshed, confident, and put together. The service is always professional, relaxing, and finished beautifully. It truly is the best value for money in the Newcastle region. Ive just moved to Newcastle area and I believe I just found a gem here. What a lovely experience, friendly welcoming team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Brow & Lash Salon atmosphere. I felt very comfortable, and my time here was very welcoming and warm. Britannie’s work is magical! My Lashes, Lami & Tint are amazing! - my very first Lami, and she tints brow shape exceptionally. Best wax job on brows, lips, chin and side burns - did a thorough job (unlike many salons I’ve been to previously). Definitely my fav Brow & Lash salon to date. 1O/1O ❤️

I had my eyebrows touched up today by Agneiska at Designing Faces, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I’ve had my brows done by her before, and she always does an amazing job, so precise, natural-looking, and perfectly shaped every time. Agneiska is incredibly skilled, professional, and makes the whole experience easy and fun! Designing Faces and the whole team are excellent everytime. It's very evident they all take real pride in their work. On top of that, the pricing is extremely reasonable for such a high end service, which makes it fantastic value! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Didn’t have to wait and sat in quickly! Service went around for 10 min (brow wax and tint) and achieved a really nice darker colour. Overall, a good service for people who don’t like sitting down forever and want to maintain their brows!
