This is the first to take the time to properly discuss what I’m looking for, talk about and design the shaping, work out the best colouring and tone of the tint for me with my input, check in with and show me what she’s doing throughout the tinting and making adjustments where asked. It had been a long time since I visited a hairdresser and I was keen to have the works with colour, cut and blow dry. Being in my 60’s my hair was salt and peppery and undernourished. We discussed colours and foils and the cut and included an eyebrow tint. This makeover experience had complimentary drinks and nibbles, great conversation, laughs and a beautiful head shampoo, treatments and head massage. Marie is an amazing colourist with a wealth of experience, and passion to make your hair shine. After 30 years of having foils I’ve had ALL the experiences (blondes you know what I’m saying) and Marie is the best I’ve come across. Her blonde is fresh, bright, natural, and all without a trace of damage to my aging treated hair. I hesitate to let the secret out, but she is honestly one of Cairns very best colourists. I feel safe and comfortable with my blonde in her hands, you can trust her professionalism and experience to give you the most gorgeous blonde without any of the stress or damage.

DJ gets my colour right EVERYTIME! They are both polite and professional. Happy not to talk if you don’t want to and happy to engage if you do. I don’t really like talking too much when I get my hair done, it’s my time out to reflect. But over the 2hrs I found myself talking about family and renovations and we always have a really good laugh with both DJ and Nikki. DJ listens and does what I ask for. He’s honest and tells me if I don’t need a cut this time and this was not the first time I paid less than he quoted over the phone and that is always such a lovely surprise at the end!

Best in Cairns is an understatement. Rosie as always exceeded my expectations 10x over I’ve been going to her since 2019 and she has never disappointed me. She is an absolute beautiful person inside and out and I’m also having the best conversations with her. She always makes me feel comfortable and 9x out of 10 I always end up falling asleep on her comfy lounge that she does her beautiful lashes on and she is so general 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 love love love her so much 🌸🫶🏻❤️
