Had a wonderful experience with Nikki and the ladies! They were so friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to accommodate my mum. Nikki did a fantastic job with her hair – she walked out with a beautiful colour that perfectly matched her skin tone and made her feel amazing. The team is always professional, and Nikki’s recommendations are always spot on. Highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.

My daughter recently had her eyebrows, eyelashes and threading done by Manpreet at Grace Threading, and she had a wonderful experience. Manpreet was so kind, friendly and patient, and she immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She took great care with her work and did an amazing job. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the results. It was clear that Manpreet genuinely cared about making sure she was happy and comfortable throughout the appointment. We were both very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.
