Gabi is amazing, always gives an amazing service and makes me feel comfortable!! No complaints about my time with her :) Appointment management is frustrating though, before most of my appointments I get a call asking me to move my appointment earlier and even when I decline due to work commitments it still gets moved with less than 24 hours notice and no way of moving it back. Not respectful of customers time!

I had an amazing facial experience with Sim! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session . She checked in regularly to see if I was okay, and her technique was both gentle and effective. My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I truly appreciate the care she put into every step. Love this place and love the girls that work there . Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. Had my first microneedling session with Selda and she was wonderful, very informative and I will be returning for more treatments.

I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys were brilliant. The communication was great, they phoned me when there was an admin issue to clear up, then when I went to the wrong branch (one of those days) they fit me in anyway. The attention to detail was brilliant and I’m overjoyed with the outcome. The technician took her time and wanted to ensure I was happy, even when the next appointment arrived I didn’t feel rushed. Super informal and easy vibe, and I loved daydreaming out the window during some rare downtime while being made to look presentable again. Will definitely return.
