I recently had a Moroccan bath at this beauty salon, and it was exceptional compared to other salons I’ve visited before. The space is incredibly comfortable and private, the service is outstanding, and my skin feels fantastic! I’m already planning to return and try the Moroccan bath with the massage they offer. Highly recommend!

Experience is great .. wonderful team and space.. Disappointed at the lack of parking and mismanagement of the service. They rely on one parking assistant who is sent out for errands and the are is quite restricted with parking space. Apart from that it’s superb!

This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Lenani was wonderful! I have had several massages in the last year and this was by far the best one — she really knows what she is doing and I felt profoundly relaxed afterwards. It’s so amazing to have the spa come to you— they brought it all and handled all the set up and clean up so efficiently! Thank you!

Saad did an exceptional job! He is truly passionate about his craft and has an impressive depth of knowledge and experience when it comes to haircuts and understanding what suits you best. What stood out the most was his patience he listens carefully to your preferences, gives you the space to think, and is always open to suggestions. There’s absolutely no rush; instead, he ensures you feel comfortable and satisfied, even making adjustments if needed. What I admire most is his philosophy: Saad genuinely wants every customer who trusts him to walk out happy.

All good, just suggest to include an armrest on the chairs used for mani/pedi / footspa as I feel it was invonvenient for both the client and the technician w/o it. Added bonus, theres an exclusive parking slot

Feels authentic, they had the camera to check your hair and had many nice steps with the Japanese head spa. There was a nice cooling feeling with my scalp. The blow dry at the end was also really really nice. Friendly receptionist as well! With the 30% discount for first time customers, I think the value of the service is quite good.

They will offer you tea, coffee, cold water and for the charges folks you’re talking about like $25. Or AED 100 for haircut&beard Just visit guys it’s worth it 😉

The atmosphere of the spa is very welcoming , the staff are all hands on and make sure that you are comfortable. I did my full maintenance day at the spa . Nails , pedicure, lashes and lymphatic drainage massage absolutely amazing . The great part is everything under one roof . I would highly recommend ❤️❤️ best spa I have been to in Dubai!
