I like the service what they do manicure and pedicure but lady when she ask me what you want to drink, i think it will be free like any spa, i dont like that i pay for the drink without i know that its not free. She must tell me before that the hot drinks its not free

Great hair massage & footspa

Good Moroccan bath..Therapist speaks limited English, so had to show her the promotion I was booked in for, which was also in Arabic. When I came downstairs to reception at around 12:30 it smelled like staff were cooking their lunch. Maybe an idea to keep kitchen doors closed and ventilate whilst cooking. There was no spa music playing. Staff are very friendly, but could do with a bit of training on customer experience and phone use during work hours. Someone was listening to a video/recording.

Ruby’s efforts provided Instant gratification and relief from my ingrown nail pain. Julie’s heavenly foot massage provided total relaxation and serenity.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Kris is so professional and really knows how to release the tension. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️
