I am a huge fan on Banya No 1. I'm a regular and since discovering this spa I haven't really gone anywhere else. The steam room gets very hot particularly after a parenie - which contrasts with the cold water after (a shower bucket or plunge pool). After a session (and eating delicious food - tip - eat at the end so you don't go into the stream room with a full tummy) you feel like a whole new person. Bring a book, leave your phone in the locker. Come on your own or with a friend. I've done both and loved both experiences. Great staff. Can't recommend highly enough.

Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

I had a very great and holistic sports massage with Siobhan and felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The massage came at a time when I was feeling drained and had tight muscles. many thanks to Siobhan and for the excellent service offered through the UCLH Spa. Much appreciated!

11/10! Amazing hidden gem. Such attentive and lovely staff. My friend and I had the most relaxing Saturday afternoon in the steam room and sauna with facials each to finish. Refreshments were free along with a complimentary glass of fizz! Isha and Jasmine were incredible. Can't wait to return 🙂❤️

Fabulous craniosacral therapy treatment. Its v unlikely I ever would have tried this treatment without the staff spa but it was fantastic. I floated out and am considering booking more CST sessions.

I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Gala. She is an experienced specialist, professional, confident in her recommendations with a personal approach. I did the Ocean Signature facial procedure, I am pleased with the result after the procedure, and the hand facial massage was amazing. I will definitely come again to try different procedures and of course a hand facial massage.

Galina is wonderful for acne treatments, ensuring fundamental results through the use of PRX chemical peels, as well as Hydrafacial and other necessary approaches depending on the individual. She has also recommended me various professional skincare products changing my skin altogether. Within only a few months I have seen a fundamental change, and I am happy to see further progress in my skin journey 💖
