From start to finish such a relaxing and well thought out experience. Sumaiya was friendly and calm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good now. I had a carbon laser facial treatment. Not had one before so a little anxious. Mikey put me totally at ease explaining each element of the treatment. Very pleased with results, already booked another one!

I had the most relaxing facial. Pampered like a queen. So beneficial. Lovely massage with beautiful smelling potions. I didn’t want to get up!

I had the most beautiful experience with Salma and would return paying full price happily. She was highly knowledgeable,very attentive and executed my facial with precision,care,thoughtfulness and perfect communication. She did an excellent consultation before we started,everything was spotlessly clean,she talked me through every step and the products were high grade medical products with beautiful natural smells. I love facials as part of a spa experience and would normally not consider having a facial outside of that setting but Salma created the spa experience perfectly.

My first facial treatment which left me so relaxed I was floating. Maya was professional and I can’t wait to book my next one.

I got the deluxe facial which really soothing and hydrating. The staff were warm and attentive and answered all my questions about my treatment. The spa's ambiance was calming and relaxing. I really enjoyed the experienced and will be booking a treatment for my friend for her birthday next month. I highly recommend them for a pampering experience that's truly worth it!

I came in with my sister to get a facial together and the whole experience was soo relaxing. We had a in depth skin consultation which I really appreciated because I’ve been to a few places where they didn’t care soo much about my skin needs and what I could be using. The facial was relaxing and every step was explained to us thoroughly. My sister and I both enjoyed ourselves and our skin feels soo refreshed. We would definitely come back again soon.

First facial, and won’t be my last. Already booked second! Friendly and totally professional service.
