Shaily is so in tune with how the pregnant body feels, with all its aches & pains, and finds a beautiful balance between releasing those areas of tension whilst allowing you to slip into a peaceful state of (much-needed) rest. She's also a beautiful person who genuinely cares about your wellbeing. Can't recommend her enough.
