Went for a full package and really enjoyed the variety of treatments. Very welcoming and professional staff. The place is spotless and every detail is taken care of. I left feeling relaxed and I would happily return frequently if I lived locally.

A fantastic introduction to Cryo in Manchester which we hope will lead to many more! we experienced all four products which, with regular use will definitely improve our minds and bodies. All interactions with owners and employees has been exemplary and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. And they know their stuff! Go see them!

We were in Manchester dancing for the week and went twice! It was amazing! The cryotherapy really helped with recovery and the staff were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Great equipment, very clean, efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend the infrared sauna and cryro therapy. Feeling very refreshed with the aches and pains away for a while hopefully.

I went for the muscle toning and fat reduction treatment and I couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome, the ladies were really friendly and talked me through the treatment, addressing any concerns I had. I expected that the electrical pulses would be painful but I wouldn’t even call it uncomfortable- it’s just a weird sensation (like an extreme version of having a muscle spasm). I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Thriyv or this treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

We truly loved this experience, had the infra-red sauna first, then cryo and finally lymphatic drainage massage. Enjoyed all 3 equally. Anna was amazing and so welcoming, taking us through and explaining all in detail, with no rush, very relaxing experience, highly recommend.

A lovely sauna. We were greeted well, everything was ready for us. We had a lovely time my daughter and I, plus It really helped my stiff legs.
