Fantastically relaxing experience, would recommend it to anyone and especially after the gym. The owner made sure I was very informed before I entered the infrared sauna and was friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. Smoothies are very tasty also :)

Total relaxation in the dry floatation tank. Highly recommended if you want to destress, relax or just get some time away from the world. I felt very welcomed on arrival. Will definitely be back

What an amazing place in the heart of Lisburn square. The proprietor is one of the most loveliest ladies I have ever met she radiates warmth, calmness and friendliness. I highly recommend dry floatation therapy it was so peaceful, it helped me relax and made my achy body feel very rested. I feel the pricing is very affordable and well worth while. I cannot wait to try the other wonderful therapies that this establishment has to offer. I also love their wellness bar that has everything to fuel your body with goodness. Wellness at the square is literally a little piece of heaven.

First time ever experiencing this treatment. You give anything ago when you’re in so much pain. My friend and I both suffer from body pain. Seen the Wellness at the square mentioned on a fibromyalgia page via Facebook. Had a wee nosey and thought this sounds interesting. I booked the couples package this entailed PEMF therapy, dry floating bed, and infrared sauna, also a shot off beetroot and smoothie was part of this package. All I can say amazing experience and highly recommend. I will definitely be coming more often

I have been going for treatments here for 4 months now (6 times a month) and really feeling the benefits. I would especially recommend for people with Fibromyalgia, like myself. I choose the treatment according to my symptoms on the day. The Infrared Sauna is great for pain on cold / damp days, the PEMF is great for boasting energy if I have something big coming up and the floatation is great for days that I have brain fog and just need to relax and unwind. Super service and friendly staff

Absolutely perfect! I have been to use the sauna twice and not only does the sauna make me feel great but the whole atmosphere is just incredible. Total mental and physical relax!

I had an amazing experience today at Wellness at the Square. The infra red sauna was just what I needed after a stressful week. Cleanliness was excellent, customer service was second to none. Will definitely be back asap!!
