Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. She is extremely gentle, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. Her approach is very professional and tailored to what actually suits your face.
