I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.

As I’m usually ill over the winter, I took advantage of Rachel’s vitamin C injection. This has been the first Christmas in years I’ve not been poorly, I’ve been around so many ill people but my boosted Vitamin C has kept me germ free.

On Thursday I was at Rachel’s new work salon based at her home, it was very stylish & welcoming. Along with my amazing nails I had a vitamin D injection, I don’t absorb oral vitamins well & although my levels aren’t quite low enough for the doctor to prescribe these to me, I was thrilled to discover I could now purchase them privately. After only three days I can already feel the benefits, my aches & pains have dramatically reduced & I’ve also been sleeping significantly better giving me more energy.
