I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now for lip fillers and Sarah always does an amazing job. Amazing hospitality, she ensures that you’re comfortable before during and after the treatment. I went to 2 different girls for lip fillers before I found Sarah and it was such a disappointment from those 2 girls. But from Sarah it has always been amazing. I love my lips so much, I couldn’t be happier.

I had such a lovely experience with my lip filler! The service was amazing, and Yasmin made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so friendly and professional, offered me everything I needed, and really took the time to put my mind at ease and make me feel relaxed. I was really sceptical about trying microneedling because I'd heard some horror stories, but Andreea completely changed my perception. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreea to anyone considering microneedling.

I had a lovely Lymphatic massage by Mittal today, it was very relaxing and I would definitely go back for more as it’s very important to take care the Lymphatic system in our body to achieve a heathy body. And I enjoyed the service from the nice lady from the Reception which make the whole experience very welcoming.

I had my first experience doing a hydro2 facial at Shapins harrow clinic today. Niloufar Mohandes who did the facial was amazing! Hands were gentle. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and most importantly told me step by step every thing that she is doing as she is doing it, this made me feel at ease and relaxed. The atmosphere was very calming 😌 ! Enjoyed the experience!

Had my PRP and exosome treatment with Yasmina today and I’m really happy with how it went. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable straight away, she explained what she was doing as we went along and was really gentle with the treatment. The whole appointment was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Yasmin was easy to talk to and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely recommend her.

I have been coming to the clinic for sometime now, the staffs are friendly, they treat clients like family and they are very professional. Radhika is excellent at what she does, she is the best, she should get a pay rise and a bonus as she works hard and always has a smile no matter how challenging her job is. I give her 10/10
