I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sara really is the best aesthetician I’ve used. She always advises on treatments I’m interested in and gives her honest option whether its suitable for me. She makes sure you’re comfortable during a treatment and advises on aftercare. Very friendly and a lovely lady ! Would always recommend.

Farrah is excellent! recently had my eyebrows microbladed, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout and my eyebrows looked amazing at the end I am so happy with them, highly recommend, definitely will be going again!! Her background in medicine/pharma and extensive qualifications also gives you the warm fuzzy feeling your in good hands, especially if its your first time having any sort of beauty treatments like microblading done. If you want any beauty treatments done I 100% recommend Farrah!!

Farrah is excellent i had a microblading consultation today and she was brilliant! She went through a range of options and the pros and cons of each, her knowledge is outstanding along with her professionalism and she made me feel very happy with my decision.
