Mauli is the kindest and most professional person. The same can be said for all of her team too, incredible people. Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

You must experience Melbourne Designer Brows in Richmond Ann is far superior to Amy Jean or Lux Brows in ESSENDON Fields, the most superior customer service and has perfected the brows, my second visit and I would never go anywhere else 🤩🙌 do yourself a favour she is fabulous 🥰

Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. Sammy is my go-to gal for anything skin related whether it be chemical peels or injectables. She is ahead of her time in Melbourne, using fabulous Korean skincare techniques and products. I’m already looking forward to my next relaxing treatment. Today I did the Lhala peel treatment and I’m beyond stoked!

These women are literally the best! Bijal did a tidy of my eyebrows and the best Brazilian! Zoey is literally my favourite eyelash queen! I recently had a face peel and once again visited Sammy for my treatment, having previously seen her for lip filler. She has truly taken great care of me! Sammy is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, which makes me feel completely comfortable in her hands. Anne was extraordinarily calming and reassuring in answering all my questions in relation to the removal process of my old eyebrow tattoo as well as planning what can be achieved with a correction tattoo to ensure it meets expectations and satisfaction. Anne even managed to squeeze me in the following day to commence the process with a laser removal session. She has made me feel heard and extremely comfortable to trust her expertise, so very excited to start this journey with you Anne!
