Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Monica always goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your waxing services, even the spots I cannot see myself, she gets em all, lol! I love the new space, very convenient location in Mississauga, go check her out for your beauty needs!

Rouba was awesome! This was a last minute booking and my first time at Hairworks. The environment was friendly and Rouba did a great job listening to what I wanted. She was able to do highlights for me, even though I only booked a full colour and was on a very tight timeline. She made it work for my schedule which I really appreciated. The highlights are beautiful and the cut frames my face perfectly! She clearly has experi nice with thin hair and was able to add volume in the colour, cut and style! I'm very happy and will now be a returning client!

Monica did my Brazilian wax for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous because I knew it could be painful, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She was professional, gentle, and reassuring, which made the process much easier than I expected. I’m so glad I chose her, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am absolutely in love with my hair! My hair was looking very dry, dull, and lifeless, but she completely transformed it. Taj is amazing! From her colour recommendations to her perfect haircuts. She also gives excellent suggestions to target your specific concerns and trouble spots. I highly recommend her but be careful, she does get booked up pretty quickly.

Miss Lai is the best! She’s so nice and bubbly! She does the facial, laser and whitening procedures so well, I see the result right away. Talking to her is like therapy. She is a good person —- She makes me feel beautiful inside and out. She is also very smart because explains the procedures and science behind it. Highly recommend this Mississauga location.
