Always the best £45 I will ever spend on myself. Rachel undoubtedly has healing hands and the golden hour that I spend having reflexology with her leaves me deeply soothed and relaxed no matter what state I arrive in. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been coming to see Rachel for a few years now, for reflexology and Swedish back & neck massage. Originally I came for relaxation purposes, but in the last 1.5 years I have found both treatments have helped me greatly to navigate the menopause. Rachel takes time to understand your needs, requirements and particular health concerns. She is both friendly & professional, and I would highly recommend her.

Bought treatments for my daughter as a gift. She was absolutely amazed by her reflexology and facial .

Just had my second reflexology appointment, so relaxing, lovely environment, calming, peaceful and I have booked another one. Honestly, Rachel is so good at what she does, ideal for peri and fully menopausal women. Rachel knows her stuff and that’s because she asks you, taking a small medical questionnaire and before and after every treatment there’s feedback and a chat to see how things are. She is so easy to talk to and approachable. Highly recommend for anybody wanting a calming, relaxing experience which leaves you feeling amazing. I am looking forward to trying out her other treatments.

As usual, amazing. Lorraine gets rid of my back pain with cupping, acupuncture, massage and reflexology, which is much better than painkiller meds for me. Left feeling in far less pain, relaxed and far more comfortable. Thank you. Xx

I have been seeing Rachel for various treatments for almost a year. She has been fantastic from the start. I honestly believe the fertility reflexology combined with the massage treatments helped me become pregnant.
