I always leave in a much better frame of mind and feeling positive energy. Claire provides a calm, welcoming space and a nurturing experience - it is amazing how intuitive her ability to target problem areas and help to release tension and stress. I would wholeheartedly recommend plymstock reflexology.

I love going to have my nails done by Kelly she is so friendly and welcoming every time I have gone she has always done a nice set of nails I'm looking forward to my next visit and what design she will come up with as she always uses her imagination

My mother throughly enjoyed her first Indian head massage and can’t wait to go back again. Mine was amazing, the room, atmosphere everything was perfect and the care taken with all the small details was fantastic. Definitely highly recommended and will definitely be back!

From the moment you walk in you get warmly welcomed and looked after. The treatments are fantastic. The childrens treatment packages are not to be missed, little ones leave feeling like princesses and to be able to sit and relax at the same time as a busy mum on the go is such a lovely treat

Kelly has done a great job on my mini pedicure. She removed my old nail varnish then soaked my feet, exfoliating and moisturising. She then cut and filed my nails and painted them. They look and feel great. It's like walking on air.

Wow!! Japanese Head Spa, was my first experience, a little nervous as didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease and the professionalism was top notch, I didn't want the experience to end. I cant rate these guys enough, an amazing atmosphere and friendly. The perfect place to wind down, chill and relax. Treat yourself to some "you" time, i promise you won't regret it! Thankyou, thankyou thankyou, I will be returning.... with friends!!!
