Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

Wow wow wow! After building the miles up the past few months ahead of the Manchester marathon, this was exactly what my tootsies needed! Leanne had the room toastie warm with low lighting and meditation music playing. It was absolute heaven! I cannot wait to get my next treatment booked in!

This was the first time Hakan has treated me and I already immediately want to book back in. I have never had reflexology like it. Hakan truly listen to the issues I had and worked with my injury too. It was not just the most relaxing treatment I have had but equally felt like it instantly helped my injury to my toe too. I recently visited Clare for a reflexology session, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. The session itself was deeply soothing — I could literally feel tension and stress melting away. My new years resolution is to dedicate a little bit of time to myself every month. This month I have booked a facial with Leanne. Wow! Her room was so warm and Leanne is always so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately with the candles and spa music playing. Her treatment bed (no idea what it is called) is so comfortable I could have drifted off before she even started! Leanne massaged my face, neck, shoulders and head! I was disappointed when my time was up! I have now booked a reflexology session for next month and I cannot wait!

Clare is absolutely amazing. She is very intuitive and knew exactly what I needed. She did ear seeding whilst explaining the points she was using them on. A short reiki session followed by reflexology. My brain has been so busy that I've been finding it difficult to function fully, but Claire's treatments have fully grounded me providing me with the relaxation and calm mind I very much needed. Highly recommended
