I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

Great experience with Amy! She was friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was excellent and really helped relieve the muscle tension I’ve had from playing Netball. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Today I have had a lovely back and shoulder massage, some reiki and red light treatment. I really recommended all of it. I came out feeling relaxed yet refreshed. Amy is fantastic, she is so calming and gentle. Thank you very much Amy. I will definitely book in again with you soon.

I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Natalia! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like a complete reset for my mind and body. Natalia is an absolute gem—she has such a warm energy and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I left feeling completely renewed. If you're looking for an amazing experience, I cannot recommend her enough!

Amy was very friendly and the treatment room as lovely and warm and the sound of rain just added to the relaxing atmosphere. She got right into my knots and my back feels so much better. My feel are lovely and soft after the 30 minute reflexology.

It was a really lovely experience. Amy was very calm with a gentle vibe. She explained all parts of the reiki treatment and checked that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..

Had a back neck shoulder & head massage this afternoon from Amy, the pressure was superb, the whole atmosphere was just great, the rain battering down on the conservatory roof was so therapeutic, the music was tranquil I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I didn't want it to come to an end. I had an appointment with Natalia today and wow! She’s so intuitive and somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to explain it. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—such a luxurious space that makes the whole experience feel even more special from the moment you walk in. It really felt like a full escape, not just a treatment. It blows my mind how working on your feet can release so much tension in your head, neck, and shoulders—but it genuinely worked. I walked out feeling like I was floating! Even my Oura ring noticed the difference—wellness score boosted!
