The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

Reflexology with Andrea is the reason I keep returning. Andrea is so tuned in and compassionate in every session. She always starts by asking what she can help with on that occasion and then will take your lead on whether you are feeling quieter or would like to talk more. She remembers what you have worked on previously and also very kindly details of what you may have talked about, even if the spaces between appointments are longer. Maria has been working her magic through my feet for years. As an extra treat, I decided to book a 30 facial reflexology following my usual treatment. Maria's expert touch not only put my nervous system into a 'rest and digest' state, but I could feel the tension dissolve from my face and jaw and she methodically applied light pressure to specific points on my face. What I didn't expect was to look in the mirror later that night and see a glowing complexion! Maria's technique, intuitiveness, and warm heart make her truly special.
