Susanne K’s customer service is exceptional. Her attention to detail and customer care is rather marvellous. I have been receiving tattoo laser removal from Susanne and the results are outstanding. She makes me feel very comfortable and I have no doubt I will be a regular customer at Greenwich spa for other treatments because of her professional, warm, kind nature. I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Well my first visit to Greenwich Spa and it was great my therapist was amazing friendly and put me at ease with the procedure and was always ready for any questions I would recommend Greenwich Spa to all folks looking for good spa experience.
