I have just finished a course of 6 facial reflexology treatments with Lauren. I suffer chronic complicated migraines and am often in a lot of pain. I have found these sessions very soothing and relaxing and they have provided a gradual decreases in the pain I suffer. You can feel the zone tapping on the face and it really feels like it is activating the natural body healing chemicals and hormones. I have been so pleased with how much they have helped me and looked forward to each session. They work for me with my migraines and I’m confident that most people will feel the benefit

I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

Rina was very thorough and gave me a very relaxing massage and reflexology treatment. I felt very relaxed throughout and felt a lot better - more mobile after I completed the treatment. Would highly recommend.

One of the best massages i think i have ever had. The reflexology is amazing too. I started seeing Rina to help me with a back injury i sustained at work. After just 2 sessions, i could feel an improvement. I have booked another 3 sessions with her. Brilliant!

I had a wonderful relaxing massage from Rina. She was extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Rina worked on all my problem areas. As a result I feel great. I also had a 30 minute reflexology too it was great again Rina’s knowledge about the rest of my body by massaging just feet was amazing. I will most definitely be back on a regular basis.

I wished I could have stayed all day! It was my first appointment with Lauren and I can’t wait to come back. Will be counting down the days until my next one in March.
