I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! I would 100% recommend Millie & reflexology, it’s a game changer!

I have really enjoyed my first reiki and reflexology appointment. Vix is lovely, intuitive and I will definitely be back for follow up.

Absolutely out of this world. Vix connected with me on a level I couldn’t have even thought possible. Amazing session of reiki and hot stone massage and reflexology. Exactly what my body and soul needed.

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. From walking into the cosy, welcoming and safe space, to relaxing into the dreamy reflexology treatment, to the after care, the attention to detail wasn’t like anything I’ve experienced with a holistic treatment before. I've been going to Millie for monthly reflexology sessions for a long while now and I most definitely feel more relaxed, sleep better and have more energy as a result. I've also started booking in an extra treatment from time to time if I know I'm going to be or have been super busy.
