Charlotte truly has healing hands , much evident from her long career in nursing . This was my very first time of reflexology; and I regret why I didn’t do this sooner . Charlotte is such a warm , kind , gentle soul who’s aura along with her touch and healing hands had me in absolute relaxation and left me feeling on Cloud 9 - I already plan to book my mother , sister and gift vouchers for my friends HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all 5 ***** Thankyou kindly Charlotte , when Im next back in Derby I will be booking myself in again with you :)

My experience with the reflexology session was really great. I felt quite relaxed and from the last session I noticed that my diabetes was relatively consistent rather than having too many highs and lows. I'm expecting to see similar results again!

I have had such a great reflexology session with Charlotte, she is so lovely and welcoming really put me at ease. We discussed what I wanted support with and Charlotte listened with genuine care and sought out to help with my concerns. The reflexology was amazing! I had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Charlotte. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. Her touch is exceptional, and the pressure she applied was perfect, allowing me to drift into a deeply peaceful state. The treatment room had a beautifully calm ambience that enhanced the experience.
