Another absolutely fabulous session with Giovanna! Second Reflexology & Reiki treatment this evening and I feel so much better already. Dealing with chronic stress, pain, fatigue and stomach issues that have not been helped much medically. Wow what can I say, I feel like I’m walking on clouds,my body feels so relaxed and my feet are so well massaged, I would highly recommend visiting Brenda for reflexology ,she explained all the oils she used and what areas she worked on .I will definitely be booking in again soon.

Can’t recommend Chelle enough! She’s been such a massive help to me through my recovery from surgery last year to my twin pregnancy this year with her amazing massages and advice ♥️. Chelle always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while you’re there and amazing by the time you’re leaving! Would definitely recommend the pregnancy massage to any mums to be - can’t wait to get back in for some reflexology soon!

Another amazing experience with Chelle as always.. I normally get the Lymphatic Drainage or the Swedish Back Massage or sometimes I will go for the Reflexology, head face and neck.. Today was the Swedish Back massage which was needed as I have been having a lot of back pain lately. After a 45 minute session I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and feeling more energetic as always when I come from a session Chelle is absolutely amazing at what she does, I absolutely recommend her to anyone.. she’s one of the most kindest of girls you always feel relaxed around

I had a wonderful head massage and pregnancy reflexology with Brenda this evening. She was so professional and made me feel very relaxed. At almost 28 weeks pregnant I wanted something to help unwind and take the pressure of. I will definitely be back
