I had the best treatment with Bethan. I booked the deep tissue massage. She made me feel at ease straight away and went through a thorough medical before hand to make sure she was tackling the areas of need. I made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and I left feeling really relaxed and much looser than when I walked in! Amazing, highly recommend! Had pretty bad lower back and sciatic pain all week. Booked in for a deep tissue massage with Amy and she’s managed to loosen everything up. As the day has gone on the pain has massively eased and much more mobile. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Amy

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What an amazing experience. My partner had the body scrub and massage and I had the hot stone massage. We both felt utterly spoilt and relaxed and it is definitely worth the money. Definitely will be a regular user of your services
