This was my first experience of reflexology and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my appointment with Gemma. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough with understanding how reflexology could help me. Her space is cosy, calm, and warm with blankets and a weighted eye mask. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I came round feeling refreshed like I’d just had the best night’s sleep! I felt like the tension and stress I was holding in my body had melted away. Anyone who is sceptical or not sure what reflexology can do for you, go and see Gemma and you’ll be amazed!

I loved my session with Gemma. I had never had a reflexology session before, so wasn’t too sure what to expect. Gemma explained everything really clearly and listened deeply and compassionately; the massage then sent me into a deep place of relaxation and I left feeling very relaxed and renewed. I can’t recommend Gemma highly enough!

I had an incredible reflexology session with Gemma. She was knowledgeable, caring, and truly listened. The treatment was amazing—so relaxing—and afterwards, she shared insights about my body that only I knew, which completely blew me away. That night, I had the best sleep I’ve had in years. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. Gemma is truly gifted, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Absolutely gorgeous experience. Hours later and I still feel like I’m floating in a bubble! Gemma was so supportive and helpful in putting together a plan to address areas in my life that I want to look at even after my treatment. I felt heard and empowered. It’s obvious how much Gemma cares and her knowledge is mind blowing. I would 100% recommend Reflexology with Gemma and will be telling everyone about her!

Such a lovely relaxing experience. I'd had a taster session previously but my friend brought me the full experience as a present. Gemma is so lovely and explained everything and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Really enjoyed it and felt so relaxed. Highly recommended for yourself or as a gift.
