Had major surgery last year and following that I was introduced by the hospital to Reflexology which opened my eyes - to come back to Bristol and find Zen & Jen - has been like finding hidden treasure. She has been a wonderful addition on my healing journey following a transplant. I would recommend.

I had my first ever reflexology session and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was such a relaxing and positive experience! Lisa explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could really feel areas of tension being worked on in a gentle but effective way. I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend reflexology to anyone curious about it and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.

This was my first appointment with Jade so was a little nervous. I didn’t need to worry as it was an amazing experience with reflexology and back & neck massage. So much warmth and positive energy from Jade and lots of very thoughtful wellbeing touches that I didn’t expect added to the overall experience. Room was perfect, giving a really holistic experience that left me at peace and feeling wonderful. I am going to book again now. Would definitely recommend Jade.

Amy is a talented and knowledgeable masseuse. I experienced pain relief after one treatment for repetive strain in my arms/ hands and a painful knee that prevented me from sleeping. I have just had my 2nd treatment and am looking forward to the positive after effects.

I had my first massage with Jade today, and it was amazing! Jade was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Her massage techniques were fantastic, and she focused on all the right areas. As usual my appointment with Lisa was awesome. The space is as welcoming as she is the conversation flows and is always interesting. I had a manicure and an eyebrow tint both expertly and professional done. I also treated myself to the ancestor facial, which is absolute bliss, Lisa uses all natural ingredients and pays so much attention to the application and of the products,and the facial massage I was floating away she is so skilled. The end result was amazing my skin felt like silk and looked plumped and full which is no mean feat with my mature skin prone to dryness. An,absolute treat.
