What a wonderful experience I had at WB hairdressing. I was visiting London for an awards event. I needed to find somewhere to do an updo on my hair. My hair looked absolutely stunning and I felt completely at ease the whole time I was there. Will definitely be back when I have more events in London.

Ash is simply the best. She listens, she understands, and she has so much talent for cutting hair. Whether it’s a trim or a huge chop (and she’s done both for me), she can handle anything. And she makes it look so easy! Also, Ash is incredibly friendly, kind, and funny. Feel lucky to have found such a skilled hair stylist! Highly recommend.

Ashley is the best! My hair looks gorgeous now, the cut is amazing and feels so healthy, and the color is so perfectly done and beautifully blended. And Ashley herself is fantastic - her energy and her attitude and how engaging she is as you talk - and she makes the appointment fly by.

I happened to witness the previous customer’s interaction with the staff at WB hairdressing and feel strongly enough to follow up on the poor review. Wayne politely asked the customer to take a seat as he was running slightly late, not an unusual occurrence given the nature of the business. Wayne’s reaction was entirely justified and understandable given the behaviour of the customer, who refused to take a seat and persisted with his complaint. In my view, Wayne was fully justified in politely refusing to cut the man’s hair given how impolite and rude the customer was. Great service as always…
